Directors & Executives
Registered appointments help explain who is associated with a company and how that changes over time. Executive roles and statutory officer positions can come from different sources.
Identify the registered role and company. A director, secretary and executive title describe different responsibilities.
Review appointment and resignation dates where disclosed. Separate current appointments from historic associations.
Keep registry-sourced officer information separate from other executive information. Check identity carefully before linking people across companies.
In your workflow
Review the company, officer name, role and current or resigned status where available. Confirm the date and underlying record before relying on an appointment.
Registry records and filingsUse disclosed identifiers and appointment records to review possible connections. A shared name is insufficient to establish that records refer to the same person.
Ownership and company relationshipsA director or executive title alone does not verify representation rights, a mandate or permission to sign a particular agreement. Obtain the transaction-specific authority evidence your process requires.
Supplier due diligenceShare your target companies and required appointment fields. We’ll discuss source coverage and the delivery that fits your process.

Questions, answered
Available fields can include the officer’s name, registered role, appointment date and resignation date, linked to the company. The precise fields and appointment history depend on local disclosure and source coverage.
A statutory director or officer is a registered company role. An executive title may describe an operational role and may come from another source. Keep the role definition and provenance attached to each record.
Current and previous appointments are available where disclosed and supplied. The anonymised report includes current and previous directors and secretaries. Confirm historical coverage for your target countries.
No. Appointment information does not verify representation rights or authority to sign a particular contract. Transaction-specific mandates, authorisations and local rules may need separate review.
Yes, a person may have more than one relationship with the company, but the roles are different. A directorship does not itself establish a shareholding or beneficial ownership. Review the relevant ownership records separately.
Associated appointments can be available where source records support the connection. Match identities carefully; a name alone is not enough to establish that two records describe the same individual.
An officer appointment is not a verified email address or phone number. Contact enrichment is a separate requirement and should not be inferred from registry officer data.
Check the effective appointment or resignation date, source update and matched legal entity. Decide which changes require a review under your policy and assign an owner to the follow-up.
Supported KYB officer endpoints provide available company officer data. Start with company resolution, retain the company ID and confirm field coverage. Check supported MCP tools separately rather than assuming identical API and MCP capabilities.
No. Filing obligations, permitted disclosures and historical availability vary. Ask for a coverage review against the jurisdictions, legal forms and officer fields your process requires.
Official UK company information includes current and resigned officers. Other jurisdictions have different disclosure rules. Officer records do not establish verified signing authority.
